Customer Service / Sales Support  - Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Service / Inside Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for achieving
quarterly and annual sales goals by assisting our external sales team
and client base. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling and
are achievement-oriented to drive the exceeding of sales goals through
strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal
candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse
team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.

Prominent responsibilities include:

  • Support
    assigned outside sales representatives and create a working
    collaboration effort to jointly maximize territory coverage and revenues
  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and setup information in a timely manner
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
  • Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
  • Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
  • Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items
  • Provide
    accurate information to outside sales personnel and customers relating
    to shipment dates and expected date of delivery. Monitor scheduled
    shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed
  • Educate
    customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order
    to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
  • Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
  • Fill requests for catalogs, information or samples
  • Setup and maintain customer files
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
  • Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Internet Account Support Representative  - Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Service / Inside Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for achieving
quarterly and annual internet account goals by managing select
online-only accounts using remote communication platforms. This will
include internet pricing violation monitoring and enforcement,
supporting the execution and management of web-based
marketing
programs for key online accounts, providing thought leadership on
traffic generation & conversion strategies, and collaborating with
internal marketing staff to leverage online resources and initiatives to
drive account sales.

This
role is ideal for candidates who enjoy online selling and are
achievement-oriented to drive the exceeding of annual account sales
goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal
stakeholders. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and
works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing
environment.

Prominent responsibilities include:

  • Internet Account Support:
    • Central customer service and sales support lead for select internet customers
    • Input and process all incoming internet account orders
      • Processing all credits / and central point of contact for all PO issue resolution
      • OOS / backorder communications
    • Support
      Director of Sales / Acct leads to meet account goals and sales targets
      by preparing marketing programs to drive awareness and conversion
      metrics, sales plans, monitoring performance through reporting, etc.
    • Prepare PowerPoint sales presentations as needed – pull together meeting presentations and notes
    • New item / promotional paperwork as needed
    • Work
      with marketing  based web and social media teams to coordinate online
      marketing initiatives and partner with key online accounts
  • Internet Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) compliance:
  • Pull Channel IQ daily reports, maintain and update contact and input data, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Monitor and document any pricing violations on master spreadsheet
  • Investigate and document contact information for violating companies if not on file
  • Send pricingenforcement letters and follow up on compliance execution
  • Maintain and work with operations on product tracking initiatives and documentation
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

Position Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • In-depth understanding of internet marketing best practices including familiarity and interest in online retail, social media platforms, Google and other search engine technology, etc.
  • Proven

  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence

Sales Coordinator

Growing Gainesville Company seeking the following motivated individual to join our team:

Reports to:  Customer Service / Inside Sales Manager

Responsibilities will include:

Analytical and Risk Management

  • Identify
    Reserveage exposure to risk via sales and marketing data, trends and
    analysis using industry research and company sales, marketing and
    financial KPI’s
  • Assist in forecasting for sales, potential revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization
  • Provide strategic insight and interpretation on collected data, reports and KPI’s
  • Understand basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion of operational projections
  • Understand Reserveage pricing model and billing procedures
  • Identify business development and sales opportunities as they relate to a specific projects or sales and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct research in regard of the Natural Health industry to assist in keeping Reserveage in a competitive position
  • Suggest
    areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible
    solutions and lead internal team/s to successfully conclude on business
    process development

Communication Management

  • Effectively convey Reserveage business development message both verbally and written
  • Coordinate weekly sales staff meetings and communicate action items for follow up to the team
  • Hold
    regular status and reporting meetings with Sales Director and Sales and
    Marketing Managers – both formal and informal in scope
  • Execute effective communication on relevant projects to Senior Management and process owners
  • Deliver engaging, informative, professional and well-organized presentations and business correspondence
